Faster Emotionally Focused Transformation or FasterEFT is a methodology developed by Robert G. Smith of the USA after many years of study and practice. What is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (or EFT) is an emotional healing technique, which is based on a revolutionary discovery that violates most of the beliefs of conventional psychology. It contends that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system.
Essentially, EFT is a form of "psychological acupuncture" - except that we don't use needles. The approach relieves symptoms by tapping on various upper body locations. This tapping stimulates the body’s energy system. Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine describe this energy system as meridians. Typically the result is lasting and is also accompanied by positive changes in thinking. The technique is easy to learn and ideal for self-help.
Background
EFT evolved from Thought Field Therapy, which was created by US clinical psychologist Roger Callahan. Callahan discovered that stimulating acupressure / energy points lead to psychological relief for an anxious client, and through experimentation was able to discover a series of useful points.
Gary Craig, who studied with Callahan, identified a comprehensive set of "all purpose" energy points that could be applied to treat any emotional problem. He called this Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and achieved excellent results with this approach on a wide range of emotional as well as physical problems.
EFT is not perfect. We don't get 100%. But, when EFT is properly applied, over 85% of clients achieve significant improvement or complete elimination of the problem.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
NLP was originally created in 1975 by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, but since that time, many others have contributed towards its growth and development. There are several descriptions of what NLP actually is, but they all agree that Modelling is a core component, that opens a window into ascertaining how people function.
NLP finds the way our conscious and unconscious brain runs our “personal program” , and uses specific tools to assist in creating personal change. With benefits of fast and effective change, understanding yourself and others, and using the right language to achieve your goals.
Eg: Conflicting Belief System. Paul sometimes felt really confident and at other times not. By allowing each of these conflicting beliefs to “speak to each other”, each part gains an understanding of the role each played and Paul was able to merge these beliefs to form a new positive belief.
